About Hey Proofy

Hey Proofy is a household admin assistant. It reads the paperwork a home runs on and keeps it in one place, so nothing gets lost and nothing gets paid twice. Forward an email or photograph a paper receipt, and Hey Proofy reads every line on it: the shop, what was bought, the price, the tax and any warranty printed on the page. The original is kept exactly as it arrived, and the whole receipt becomes searchable, so “where is the receipt for the dishwasher?” is a question it can answer months later. Bills and subscriptions are watched too, so a due date, a price rise or a renewal never arrives as a surprise, and warranties are counted down so a claim is made while the cover still stands.

Households: families, flatmates, and anyone who ends up holding the shoebox of receipts, the insurance renewals and the warranty cards for everybody else. It is built for a phone first, in plain language, and it works the same for a two-person flat as for a family of six.

Hey Proofy is built and operated by Nexova Group Limited, registered in New Zealand. We are a small team, and we use Hey Proofy in our own homes.

Where it works

New Zealand first, with more countries on the way. Money, tax, dates and consumer-rights information follow the country the household is in.
