Questions about how it works
What kinds of receipts work?Open
Email receipts and PDF invoices, photos of paper receipts, and screenshots of an order confirmation. If a person can read it, Hey Proofy can usually read it too.
What if the warranty isn’t on the receipt?Open
Hey Proofy estimates the cover from what the thing is, marks it as an estimate, and asks you to confirm it in one tap. Small items are never chased for a warranty at all.
Can my partner add receipts too?Open
Yes. Approve their email address, or invite them to the household, and what they forward lands in the same records as yours.
What if I already have years of receipts?Open
Send them in batches, or upload the photos and PDFs you already have. Hey Proofy files them exactly the way it files a new one.
